Elizabeth Lang is the Founding CEO and Principal Consultant of Diversity Focus, a dynamic research, consulting, and training firm dedicated to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion with a focus on of race, ethnicity, culture, and gender.

With a rich background in community development, tertiary academic teaching in the social sciences, and a foundation in qualitative research, Elizabeth has established herself as a prominent figure in the field. Her contributions extend to international advocacy and domestic and family violence in collectivist cultural contexts which she has published on.

As an emerging writer, her upcoming book "Wired for Bias” delves into the intricate ways Artificial Intelligence (AI) bias perpetuates racial injustices across critical systems such as healthcare, education, and employment.

A sought-after speaker, Elizabeth has graced both national and international platforms, including presentations at the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland. Her unwavering commitment to issues of gender-based violence, justice, equity, and inclusion is further reflected in her ongoing pursuit of a PhD at Curtin University.
